Sarah-Jane O’Brien

BSc (Hons), MBPsS, FIRP, MCIPD, CH Dip

Sarah-Jane is the owner / manager of White Rose Recruitment Limited.  In addition, she runs the Yorkshire HR Company (www.yhrco.com) supporting small and medium size enterprises in the development of their people strategies.

She is a senior HR practitioner, with comprehensive strategic, developmental and operational experience in a range of private and not-for-profit companies.   In her HR career, she has recruited from Chairman to cleaner in a variety of industries and bring this wealth of experience to the running of White Rose Recruitment.

Sarah-Jane as a BSc(Hons) in Psychology with Counselling and is a graduate member of the British Psychology Society / Occupational Psychology Division.  She is s Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).  In addition, she has a Diploma in Coaching Practice and is a member of the Coaching and Mentoring International.   She holds BPS Level A and B certificates and is trained in psychometric tools, including OPQ and Myers Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI) steps 1 and 2.

 

Trevor Whaley

Trevor is a highly experienced, learning and development professional, who has worked in a variety of senior  management roles across a wide range of industries including:  multi-channel retailing, mobile communications, outsourcing, customer service, telesales, distribution and local government.

He has a successful track record of working with both SMEs and large corporations enabling them to understand their people development needs to support the achievement of their business objectives.

Over the last nine years Trevor has been successfully involved in the design and delivery of large modular-based leadership and management programmes leading to accredited ILM and CMI qualifications.   More recently, he has been working with a large education provider designing and delivering a range of soft skills sessions for trail blazer apprenticeship programmes.

In 2015, he completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, which involved research into the use of on-line learning technologies as part of a blend of leadership and management development programmes.   Trevor has also played key roles in major people development management systems, including supporting the writing of behavioural competencies.
